Payment

We only accept Paypal at the moment. If you wish to purchase an item and do not wish to use paypal please cotact us through the contact page and we will see if can help out another way.

Delivery

Goods are normally sent within 48 hours of the payment being cleared. The items will be posted 1st class. The Item should be recieved with 7 days.

Privacy

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data is gathered only at the time of ordering in our shop or when registering with our site.

Your Rights

The conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.Your statutory still rights apply.

Returns

Any goods that are not required should be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt by you . We will refund to you the cost of the goods in full. We will not however be able to refund the Post and packaging costs. Until you return the goods, you should keep them in safe custody. Return Postage costs cannot be refunded under any circumstances and you are advised to obtain a Certificate of Posting at the time that you return the goods to us.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

The above regulations entitle all customers to a 7 day approval period in which a customer can cancel and return their order.
